Loaves and Fishes delivers more than meets the eye

What do you do with hundreds of carrots? If you’re Paulette Dunn, the new executive director of Loaves & Fishes, you parcel them out to local charitable agencies to help feed the hungry in Greenville County. “One thing we do well,” Dunn says, “is that we try to match the needs of specific organizations with the donations we receive from local grocery stores, restaurants, and other facilities.”
